We guarantee the quality of our seasonal decoration services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right.
Within 48 hours of installation, if you have concerns about any aspect of the decoration, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action, which may include adjustments, replacements, or reinstallation at no additional charge.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:
More than 14 days before installation: Full refund of all payments made, minus any non-refundable deposit for custom-ordered materials.
7-14 days before installation: 50% refund of payments made. Materials already purchased for your project will be deducted from the refund.
Less than 7 days before installation: No refund available, as materials have been prepared and our team has been scheduled specifically for your project.
We accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. Please contact us as early as you can if you need to change your installation date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if done with less than 7 days notice.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and begin preparation for your seasonal decoration project:
Standard projects require a 30% deposit upon booking. Custom projects or those requiring special-order materials may require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit or payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
While we take utmost care during installation and removal of decorations, if any damage occurs to our decorative materials during the agreed display period due to circumstances beyond normal wear, clients may be responsible for replacement costs. We carry liability insurance for damage to your property caused by our team during service delivery.
For outdoor decorations, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by extreme weather conditions. We will work with you to address any weather-related issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments when safe to do so.
Most of our decorative elements are provided on a rental basis for the duration of the seasonal display. These items remain the property of Phraxellvonyz and must be returned in good condition. Any items purchased specifically for your project will be clearly identified in your service agreement.
