Phraxellvonyz provides professional seasonal home decoration services including holiday decoration, event styling, and seasonal transitions. Our services are available to residential clients in the Auckland area and throughout New Zealand for larger projects.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, transmits harmful or malicious code, or interferes with the proper functioning of the website.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Phraxellvonyz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
All seasonal decoration services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We recommend booking major holiday decorations at least six to eight weeks prior to the desired installation date.
Initial consultations may be provided at no charge or for a fee, depending on the scope and location. Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope modifications.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of installation.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made 7-14 days before installation will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before installation are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
While we take great care in providing our seasonal decoration services, Phraxellvonyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to all areas requiring decoration and for disclosing any potential hazards or special considerations. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if safety concerns arise.
Unless otherwise specified, all decorative materials and elements remain the property of Phraxellvonyz and are provided for the duration of the seasonal display. Custom-purchased items specifically for your project will be clearly identified in your service agreement.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and will address any installation issues promptly. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of natural materials such as fresh flowers or greenery beyond their natural lifespan.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phraxellvonyz, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
